THEMIS Level 2 FFT file info:

On Board Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) power spectra of Electric (EFI) and Magnetic (SCM) field, for particle and wave burst survey modes. Data can have 16, 32 or 64 frequency bands, and time resolution of less than a second. Units are (nT)^2/Hz for magnetic field spectra, and (mV/m)^2/Hz for electric field spectra.
