THEMIS Level 2 SST file info:

Solid State Telescope (SST): Ground-processed electron and ion energy fluxes (ions/electrons, 30 keV to greater than 300 keV). The file includes FULL and REDUCED mode data. FULL mode: high angular resolution. REDUCED mode: degraded angular resolution; both modes have approximately 3-sec time revolution.
